Reality Check
When the disheveled recluse who has maggots and actual adult flies hatching from under his malodorous bandages is only the THIRD worst patient you see on a shift it is time and past time to consider a career adjustment.
You're right. But thankfully that guy got to the right place to get some care from you and the others who helped him. I can't imagine what the other two were like.time to go fishing or digging!

Oh, how about one person angrily demanding narcotics and another person in full arrest from a drug overdose.....
