Looks good! Are you processing it yourself? I did not see a deer this year but my nephew shot one. We like ground venison to be made into chili, soups & burgers.
ReplyDeleteMostly yes. I'm partial to venison stew with potatoes, onions, carrots and pickled peppers. We are having a Venisonfest for the robotics team meal tomorrow night with four entries/entrees. Lots of hunters on the team including several of the girls.
